It is not always your desire is to rebuild the whole bathroom just to make it a little more attractive. In addition, a general renovation is costly and cumbersome. We therefore chose a simpler approach, although it included putting up new wallpapers, but also a lot of minor adjustments to the bathroom. Such a simple thing as a new carpet can do wonders.
New lighting
Light is always needed, but how we illuminate our rooms varies from one period to another. If, as in the seventies it was popular with a damp lighting while the eighties century was the era of neon lights. Today the lighting trend is slightly milder but a clear light is still popular.
Then a spotlight is perfect and why not take one with more than one lamp so that it can be addressed in different directions.
A light doesn’t have to cost more than a $70 although much more expensive is for those who wish to spend more.
Better with a carpet
An old tile floor can feel boring but above all it is cold if no floor heating is installed. One solution might be to add a wide plastic carpet that is easy to remove when it should be cleaned. An ordinary carpet is of course also good for those who prefer, but then again it is not the same sense of renewal of the bathroom. It is important to reflect on the colors. It might be worthwhile to spend money on an expensive carpet but then want it to be classical and last over time. One option could be to choose a cheap carpet in brazen patterns and colors that you can throw away when it feels boring, without leaving a big hole in your wallet.
Bathroom details
Details of all kinds put piff in most rooms. Nice wood details, elegant hooks or perhaps flashy toilet seats is something of everything that can be used to freshen up the bathroom. It doesn’t have to be that hard. A common bathroom cabinet may get entirely new handles and some paint, thus becoming a new piece of furniture without the need to spend a lot of money. For the towel rack, do the same thing. Why buy the cheap but very boring hanger in plastic when a sleek high-quality hanger does not even need to cost $20. A simple flower in the bathroom window also gives life to the room. Let the imagination flow and spice up the bathroom with everything you can get your hands on.
